I offer a cozy, sunny apartment with a TV and a huge wardrobe on the top level of the building, so it is very quiet.
I rent the 2 rooms for up to 8 days, starting the 18th of October. We have two bathrooms and 90 sqm altogether, so enough room for couples and/ or friends!

Hallo,
ich vermiete in der Zeit ab dem 18.10. unsere wunderschöne Südseite Wohnung - super ruhig mit Blick auf den grünen Innenhof für maximal 7 Nächte. Das Schlafzimmer ist gut geeignet für Pärchen, das Bett ist ein Doppelbett und es gibt einen Fernseher, eine Couch und einen großen Schrank im Zimmer. Außerdem haben wir 2 Bäder und insgesamt 90qm... ;) Das Wohnzimmer ist natürlich mitnutzbar, etwa 30qm groß mit riesen Flat-Fernseher - schaut euch die Fotos an!
Aktuell: Wenn du/ ihr die gesamte Zeit bleibt/ bleibst, gibt es natürlich einen Rabatt!

The district Schöneberg is a very old and historical part of Berlin with lots of restaurants, cafés and little shops - it's nice to stroll through the streets and discover all the hidden treasures of Schöneberg. Many famous authors and celebrities used to live at this part of Berlin.
The apartment is right next to the hip Kreuzberg and the historcial city center, Potsdamer Platz and very close to the station Südkreuz with connection to the metro (Ringbahn and North-South line) as well as long distance transportation. Even closer there is the metro station Julius-Leber-Brücke (an 7 minutes walk) to reach for example the Brandenburger Tor in 9 minutes or any other part in Berlin and there is a bus right in front of the building - so you do not need a car!
Next to the station Südkreuz a nicely planted park is going down south and right around the corner you'll find a nice little park - perfect to have coffee at ar just sit in the sun.

Der Bezirk Schöneberg ist ein sehr alter und historischer Stadtbezirk mit einer ausgeprägten kulinarischen Szene - viele Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Läden. Die schönen Altbau-Straßen laden zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen ein, um die vielen bezaubernden Schätze Schönebergs zu entdecken. Viele bekannte Autoren und Berühmten haben einmal auf der "roten Insel" gewohnt und das kulturelle Leben mitgeprägt.
Die Lage ist dazu perfekt: direkt am hippen Kreuzberg, in der Nähe vom Potsdamer Platz und dem historischen Stadtkern gelegen und unweit zum Bahnhof Südkreuz mit Nord-Süd Verbindung und West-Ost (Ringbahn) sowie Fern- und Regionalverkehr. Noch näher ist die Station Julius-Leber-Brücke (7 Min. Fußweg, um bspw. in 9 Minuten das Brandenburger Tor zu erreichen.Direkt vor der Tür fahren zudem 2 Buslinien - auf das Auto kann also ohne Problem verzichtet werden!
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem kleinen lokalen Park direkt am Gasometer (bekannt u.a. durch Günter Jauch), der zum Joggen oder Spazieren einlädt bzw. in 10 Min zu Fuß erreicht ihr den großen Park Südende.
