(And you are expected to take care of it like your own home.) 🔥

If you need help to find your way around Berlin I will help you as a local and also know people!

For cosy winter time: 🕯 Subleting my UNIQUE flat in 13599 Berlin at U7 from 25.11.2024 - 28.2.2024 , also Bus and S Spandau with ICEtrain station nearby. 2-3 people can stay (Big bed + sleep couch!). There are shops (aldi, Edeka, Späti, farmacy, clothing shops, post station) in 5-10 walk distance nearby and the neighbors are really quiet. 🔥 also the wood is close for walks in the wild. 🌿 Reachable by U7, X33 and 131 bus. To Spandau, Charlottenburg and Wilmersdorf you'll only need 20 minutes!

You will pick up the keys at my friends place as I am already gone, but we will have video calls, until 25.11. Online viewings \ in person are possible and we will make an official contract! :-)
