Spacious three room apartment in Steglitz (furnished)

Ich werde für dreieinhalb Monate verreisen und vermiete für diese Zeit meine geräumige Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung in Steglitz unter.

Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist , handelt es sich um eine schöne und kürzlich renovierte Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, Dielenböden, Stuck, Badewanne und offener Dusche. Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche sind voll möbliert (TV, Teufel Soundbar+Subwoofer, PS4, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Herd, aber kein Backofen) und ich lasse alles in der Wohnung, damit Sie es benutzen können. Falls möglich, wird vor Übergabe noch ein richtiger Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer installiert werden, bevor Sie einziehen.

Da ich selbst noch nicht allzu lange in der Wohnung wohne, ist das dritte Zimmer und die Loggia im Grunde leer und können für eigene Möbel oder als Stauraum genutzt werden. Bei Bedarf kann ein zweites Schlafzimmer eingerichtet und die Wohnung mit einer anderen Partei geteilt werden.

I will be out of town for three and a half months and sublet my spacious three room apartment on Steglitz for this time.

As you can see on the pictures, it is a beautiful and newly renovated "Altbauwohnung" with high ceilings, wooden floorboards, stucco, bathtub and open shower. Bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen are fully furnished includung appliances (TV, Teufel Soundbar+Subwoofer, PS4, washing machine, fridge dishwasher and stove but no oven) and I will leave everything in the apartment for you to use. If possible, a proper wardrobe will be also be installed in the bedroom before you move in.

I haven't been in the apartment for too long myself, so the third room and the loggia arebasically empty and can be used for your own furniture or as storage. If convenient for you, set-up of a second bedroom can be negotiated and the apartment can be shared with another party.
