Subtenancy/Untermiete for 2-3 months/Monate in lovely flat

Die Wohnung ist von der Lage sehr gut angebunden. Innerhalb von 7 Minuten erreicht man die U7, 10 Minuten laufen die U8 und 12 Minuten laufen jeweils die Ringbahn S41/S42 oder die Nord/Südverbindung zur Friedrichstraße S1/S2/S25/S26 innerhalb 10 Minuten. Die nächsten beiden Supermärkte, Spätis oder Apotheke sowie ein Post Office sind 5 Minuten in Laufnähe. Auch gibt es viele Lime Scooter oder Car Sharing rund um die Wohnung. Zum Spazieren gibt es unmittelbar den Fluss Panke oder den Park Humboldthain.

The locatio for transportation is pretty good. It's 7 minutes walk to U9, 10 minutes walk to U8, and 12 minutes walk to either Ringbahn S41/S42 or S1/S2/S25/S26 to Friedrichstraße within 10 minutes.
The next 2 supermarket and pharmacy and Spätis incl. Post Office are 5 minutes away.
There are also many Lime Scooter or sharing cars parking around easy to use. For a walk you have the small river Panke or the Park Humboldthain around.

Aktuell - und zur Besichtigung - ist die Wohnung noch voll möbliert. Zur Untermiete kann die Wohnung teilmöbliert oder leer gemietet werden - je nach Absprache. Auch kann der Zeitraum der Untermiete etwas flexibel um ein paar Tage verschoben werden. Die Untermiete wird offiziell mit der Gesobau abgesprochen und dementsprechend angemeldet.
Ich liebe diese Wohnung und ziehe nach knapp 4 Jahren sehr ungerne nach deiner Untermiete aus - jedoch werde ich mit meinem Partner zusammen ziehen - auch ein schöner Ausblick.

Als letzte Info: Falls du Interesse an einer langfristigen Anmietung hast, musst du dich leider offiziell bei der Gesobau für die Wohnung bewerben. Leider kann ich weder einen Nachmieter stellen noch meine Empfehlung aussprechen. Eine langfristige Anmietung ist möglich aber ich kann nichts garantieren.

Currently - and also for visiting the flat - it's fully equipped. For the subtenency I can either leave some stuff as bed, clothes rail, sideboard, TV, curtain, roller blind, table and chair, some kitchen things etc) in the flat or Im going to empty it upfront if you want to bring your own things. The length and timing of the tenancy can be a little flexibel. The sub tenancy will be officially declared with the company and you can register yourself in the flat if wanted.
I love this flat and I enjoyed living there for 4 year, so I actually don't want to move out after your subtenancy - but I am going to move in with my boyfriend - that's also something nice to look forward to.
One last thing, if you are interested in renting the flat in long-term, unfortunately I cannot promise anything. I am not able to recommend someone or even say, I have someone who is interested. If you are interested, you need to log into the Gesobau Website and register yourself with an account.
