Da in unserem Altbau die Wände sehr hellhörig sind und unsere Nachbarn im Schichtdienst arbeiten, suchen wir nach Untermietern, die Musik und TV maximal auf Zimmerlautstärke hören. Ab 22 Uhr gilt dann die Nachtruhe. Die Wohnung eignet sich daher nicht gut für WGs und Parties oder ähnliches.

As the walls in our old building are very hard of hearing and our neighbors work day and night shifts, we are looking for tenants who listen to music and TV at room volume at most. From 10 p.m. onwards, the night's rest applies. The apartment is therefore not suitable for parties or similar.
