Für die Zeit vom 1. Oktober 2024 bis Ende Februar 2025 suchen wir ruhige und sympathische UntermieterInnen für unsere helle und freundliche 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zehlendorf. Die Wohnung ist möbiliert und wie folgt aufgeteilt: 2 Schlaf-/Arbeitszimmer, 1 kleines Wohnzimmer, welches durch das eine Zimmer erreichbar ist. Küche und Bad, welche ebenfalss ausgestattet sind.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit ganztägigem Sonnenschein und einem großen Park in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ideal: Mit dem X10, 285 und S1 seid ihr schnell und bequem unterwegs. Der Campus Düppel, Dahlem, sowie diverse Botschaften sind den Öffis oder mit dem Rad erreichbar. Ebenfalls fußläufig sind alle gängigen Supermärkte.

Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Wohnung eignet sich aufgrund der Zimmeraufteilung perfekt für Paare, Singles, oder auch eine entspannte Wohngemeinschaft. Wir haben uns bisher hier sehr wohlgefühlt und suchen verantwortungsvolle UntermieterInnen, die sich über eine ruhige, naturnahe Wohnatmosphäre und Umgebung nicht weit entfernt des Trubels ebenfalls so freuen wie wir. :-)

Kosten: 1300EUR monatlich. warm (sprich Internet, Strom, Gas, Hausverwaltung sind inkl.)

For the period from October 1st, 2024 to the end of February 2025, we are looking for quiet and friendly subtenants for our bright and cozy 2.5-room apartment in Zehlendorf. The apartment is furnished and laid out as follows: 2 bedrooms/offices, 1 small living room, which is accessible through one of the other rooms. The kitchen and bathroom are also fully equipped.

The apartment is located in a quiet area with all-day sunlight and a large park within walking distance. The connection to public transport is ideal: with the X10, 285, and S1, you can get around quickly and comfortably. The Düppel and Dahlem campuses, as well as various embassies, are easily accessible by public transport or even by bike.. All major supermarkets are also within walking distance.

Our neighbors are very friendly and helpful, and due to the apartment’s layout, it is perfect for couples, singles, or even a relaxed shared flat. We have really enjoyed living here and are looking for responsible subtenants who, like us, will appreciate the peaceful, nature-filled living atmosphere and surroundings, not far from the city's hustle and bustle. :-)

Cost: €1300 per month, including utilities (internet, electricity, gas, and property management).
