I'm going on a holiday from the 30th of October until 7 November (flexible, so rent is also flexible) and I therefore want to sublet my entire apartment. It's a one bedroom apartment on the border of Kreuzberg/Neukolln (close to the Maybachufer). It's on the first floor (not grounf floor, one floor up) in a modern building (neubau) and has a modern bathroom and kitchen.
There's a double bed in the bedroom and enough closet space. There's also a couch and extra mattress so there would be room for up to 4 people.
It's a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything you need. 10 mins distance from a big mall and many supermarkets and big stores. But at the same time close to the water (maybachufer) and parks (Gorlitzer park). There's many room to park your car (for free) and to keep your bike. For a small extra price (and deposit) you could also use a bike for the time you're here.
