Wunderschön renovierter 2-Zimmer Berliner Altbau mit 2 Balkonen und viel Tageslicht. Es gibt alles, was benötigt, um einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt zu haben, einschließlich Küchengeräte, Esstisch und das bequemste große Ecksofa.
Es ist familienfreundlich, da wir ein Baby haben, und wir bevorzugen ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie zu bleiben in unserem Haus.
Wir haben ein Doppelbett (160x200), ein großes Sofa mit Bettfunktion und einen Sessel, der in eine Matratze umgewandelt werden kann, was Platz für bis zu 5 Personen bietet.

Die Gegend ist erstaunlich ruhig, aber gleichzeitig nur 4 Bushaltestellen vom geschäftigen Rathaus Spandau entfernt, wo es ein großes Einkaufszentrum, Restaurants und vieles mehr gibt.
Mit der Bahn ist man in 18 Minuten in Mitte. Es gibt viele Busse, S-Bahnen und die U7, die auch nach Kreuzberg und Neukölln fährt.

Für Naturliebhaber ist ein großer Wald in der Nähe und die Havel ist 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt und lädt zu einem Spaziergang am Wasser ein. Es gibt einen Bootsverleih und eine Insel, die über eine Brücke erreicht werden kann. Auf der Insel gibt es Badestellen und 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt befindet sich ein richtiger Strand.

Die historische Altstadt mit alten Gebäuden und Geschäften ist 3 Bushaltestellen entfernt, ebenso wie die Zitadelle Spandau, eine der ältesten Festungen Europas, immer einen Besuch wert.

Beautifully renovated 2 room Berliner Altbau with Balcony and a lot of natural light. The flat has everything needed to have a cozy stay including kitchen appliances, dining table and the most comfortable sofa imaginable.
It is family friendly and is perfect for a couple or a small family.

We have a queen size bed (160x200), a big sofa with bed function and a chair that can be converted into a matress, that makes space for up to 5 people.

The area is amazingly quiet but at the same time just 4 bus stations from busy Rathaus Spandau where you can find a big mall, restaurants and more.
The train there takes you to the center (Mitte) within 18 minutes. There are plenty of buses, S-Bahn and the U7 that goes to Kreuzberg and Neukölln too.

For nature lovers, a huge forest is nearby and the river Havel is 5 walking minutes from the house and invites for a stroll by the water. There is a boat rental and an island that can be reached through a bridge. There are swimming spots on the island and 20 minutes away by foot you can find a proper beach.

The historical old town with old buildings and shops is 3 bus stations away, as well as the Zitadelle Spandau, one of Europes oldest fortresses, always worth a visit.
