Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen mit wunderbaren Cafes und Restaurants und Bars ums Eck. Sie ist aktuell mit grossem Wohnzimmer einem Schlafzimmer und einem Arbeits- / Gästezimmer und abgetrennnter Küche gut geschnitten, falls man sich zu zweit die Wohnung teilen möchte.
Das Gästezimmer hat ein ausziehbares Bett (80/160)cm, dass auch noch gerne von einer zweiten Person genutzt werden darf. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist 180 cm breit. Es gibt einen selbstgebauten begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Die Klamotten und Babykram werden zum Einzug noch beiseite geräumt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Zwei Hochbeete und Sitzgelegenheiten laden Nachbarn vor der Tür manchmal zum verweilen ein.
Es gibt ein paar Pflanzen, die einmal die Woche gegossen werden müssen.
FYI: Die Wohnung ist auch im April nochmal für 4 Wochen ab den 07.04. verfügbar.

The apartment is in a quiet location with wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars around the corner. It is currently well laid out with a large living room, a bedroom and a study / guest room and separate kitchen if you want to share the apartment with two people.
The guest room has a pull-out bed (80/160 cm), which can also be used by a second person. The bed in the bedroom is 180 cm wide. There is a self-built walk-in closet.
The apartment is located on the first floor. Two raised beds and seating areas sometimes invite neighbors to linger in front of the door.
There are a few plants that need to be watered once a week.
FYI: the appartment is also available in April fir 4 weeks from April 7thr onwards.
Wir befinden uns im Nordwestlichen Prenzlauer Berg. Das unter Milieuschutz stehende skandinavische Viertel am Arnimplatz ist recht entspannt hat aber viele schöne kleine Perlen versteckt. Ein Second Hand Laden befindet sich ein Haus weiter. An der nächsten Strassenkreuzung ist mit Kaffee Kraft eines der besten und angesagtesten Kaffees Berlins. Falls man am Sonntag einen Spaziergang zum Mauerpark mit seinen Musikern und dem Flohmarkt macht dann bleibt meist für einen kurzen Stop im Unser Cafe für portugiesische Pastel de Nata. Abends ist der Blaumilchkanal eine super Bar direkt ums Eck.
Anbindung: Es gibt eine ziemlich gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen Berlins über die Schönhauser Allee per Sbahn, Ubahn und Strassenbahnen. In 10 min Fussweg oder 3 Min mit Fahrrad / Scooter ist sie schnell erreicht. Alexanderplatz ist in 20 Minuten erreicht und zum Mauerpark kann man am Sonntag in einer halben Stunde entspannt spazieren.
Ein Rewe ist 5 Minuten und ein Aldi in 10 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar.
Parkplatz gibts meist noch einen vor der Haustür.

We are located in north-western Prenzlauer Berg. The Scandinavian quarter on Arnimplatz, which is under environmental protection, is quite relaxed but has many beautiful little gems hidden away. There's a second-hand store one house down. At the next intersection is Kaffee Kraft, one of the best and hippest cafés in Berlin. If you take a Sunday stroll to Mauerpark with its musicians and flea market, you can usually make a quick stop at Unser Cafe for Portuguese pastel de nata. In the evening, the Blaumilchkanal is a great bar just around the corner.
Connections: There are pretty good connections to all parts of Berlin via Schönhauser Allee by S-Bahn, U-Bahn and streetcars. It is a 10-minute walk or 3 minutes by bike / scooter. Alexanderplatz can be reached in 20 minutes and you can take a relaxed stroll to Mauerpark in half an hour on a Sunday.
A Rewe is 5 minutes away and an Aldi is 10 minutes away on foot.
