Within 7 minutes walking distance is the S 3 - Rummelsburg station, which takes you to Ostkreuz in two stops and also quickly to anywhere else in Berlin. It takes 13 minutes to Alexanderplatz, for example. There are also several buses leaving right outside the front door, including the 194, which takes you just as quickly to Ostkreuz and then on to Kreuzberg/Neukölln, and the 296 and 396. The U5 with excellent connections is a 15-minute walk away.

In 7 Minuten laufnähe ist die S 3 - Betriebsbahnhof Rummelsburg, mit der ist man in zwei Stationen am Ostkreuz und sonst auch schnell in ganz Berlin. Zum Alexanderplatz dauert es z.B. 13 Minuten. Außerdem fahren vor der Haustür direkt mehrere Busse ab, einmal die 194, mit der man genauso schnell am Ostkreuz ist und dann weiter nach Kreuzberg/Neukölln fährt und die 296 und die 396. Die U5 mit super Anbindung ist in 15 Minuten laufnähe erreichbar.

SHORT TERM - 2 months

Bars, clubs, supermarkets, hardware stores, everything just around the corner and a wide range of leisure activities with various sports facilities or walking opportunities all in the immediate vicinity. I've only been in the apartment myself for a few weeks, which is why the furnishings are already solid but not yet perfect. However, it is still very comfortable to live in.

Bars, Clubs, Supermärkte, Baumärkte, alles direkt ums Eck und ein großes Freizeitangebot mit verschiedenen Sportmöglichkeiten oder Spaziermöglichkeiten alles in unmittelbarere Nähe. Ich bin selbst erst seit wenigen Woche in der Wohnung, weshalb die Ausstattung schon solide aber noch nicht perfekt ist. Man kann aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich darin wohnen und leben.
