I offer you my home to stay for up to 2 month. I live in this cozy and bright 2 room flat since 6 years. The living room is connected to the balcony and kitchen. You can enjoy the vibe of the neighbourhood on the chilled balcony, the evening on the comfy couch or have dinner at the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. a huge fridge and a dish washer.
The bathroom offers a washing dryer and shower.
The spacious bedroom incl. a cozy yoga corner, a clothed rack, dresser and queen size bed.
The flat is located in Fhain close to Boxi and RAW and offers more than you need. The stations Warschauer Straße, Ostkreuz and Samariter Straße are close (10 Min working distance) and the Tram stops infront of the door. You have access to S-/U-Bahn (including Ringbahn) and Tramm.
Grocery shops, bars, restaurants, farmer market and little boutiques are close by.
Since I will not be in Berlin, I'm looking for someone who takes care about my home and plants and will enjoy the spring and sun on my balcony.
The flat itself is super calm and the neighbours are frindly. The furnishings are high quality.
If you will stay the full 2 month and pay in advance a deposit will not be needed.
Anmeldung will not be possible.
