Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer in einer Zweizimmerwohnung. Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit meinem lieben Mitbewohner Zarkos. Er ist viel unterwegs und nur abends heim. Wir sind queer friendly, ruhig (keine Party WG) und halten die Wohnung ordentlich und sauber :)
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Berlin. Pärchen sind auch willkommen.
Die Wohnung ist ideal in einer ruhigen Parallelstraße der Wiener Straße am Görlitzer Park gelegen. Alles, was man braucht, ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Da die Wohnung möbliert und voll ausgestattet ist, nehme ich eine Kaution von 200€, die ich direkt nach dem Aufenthalt zurückzahle.

I am renting out my beautiful, furnished, and quiet room in Kreuzberg, located directly between Görlitzer Park and the canal, for the specified period as I will be on vacation.
The room is part of a two-room apartment. You will be sharing the apartment with my dear roommate Zarkos. He is often out and usually only home in the evenings. We are queer-friendly, quiet (not a party flatshare), and we keep the apartment tidy and clean :)
The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Berlin. Couples are also welcome.
The apartment is ideally located on a quiet side street parallel to Wiener Straße near Görlitzer Park. Everything you need is within walking distance.
As the apartment is furnished and fully equipped, I require a deposit of €200, which I will return immediately after the stay.
