One room in two bed room apartment

„Daten sind fexibel“

Hello People,

Ich vermiete ein Zimmer ab dem 17.01.2024-17.04.2025. Daten sind etwas flexibel und es besteht die Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung, wenn alles passt.
Das Zimmer kostet 580€ pro Monat plus 350€ Kaution (welche du natürlich wieder bekommst, wenn du alles so hinterlässt wie vorgefunden).

Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und die Wohnung verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen 5 min vom Ostkreuz und vor der Tür finden sich etliche Supermärkte, Restaurants und Spätis.

Einfach mit dem Koffer ankommen und Berlin genießen.

Es ist eine zwei Zimmer Wohnung und ich wäre in dieser Zeit eure Mitbewohnerin!

Hello,

I am renting out a room from the 17.01.2025.-17.04.2025. The dates are slightly flexible and maybe we can extend the stay if it fits. The flat has two rooms.
The flat has everything you need (towels, bed linen etc.) so you just need to take some personal items with you.
The deposit is 350€ which will be given back, if you left everything as you found it.
A clean environment is really important to me so you should have an understanding for picking up after yourself.

The flat is really close to supermarkets, Warschauer Straße and has many options for grocery shopping and boutique stores and you’d be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with me.
