44m² Wohnung in Neukölln-Britz zur Untermiete

ich möchte im o.g. Zeitraum meine schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Untermiete anbieten. Es handelt sich um eine 44 große Altbauwohnung in neukölln-britz, mit hohen Decken, vollausgestatteter Küche und kleinem Balkon. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. In 10 Minuten im Bus ist man sowohl in der U-Station Hermannstrasse, als auch in der U-Station Alt-Mariendorf. Der größte Garten in Berlin Britzer-Garten ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, in der man super joggen kann. Diese Wohnung ist mehr als wichtig für mich, also suche ich nach eine nette zuverlässige vertrauenswürdige Person, die auf die Wohnung genau wie ich aufpassen wird.

Der Preis ist inklusive alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Internet, Heizung) für die gesamte Mietdauer. Es gibt Möglichkeit länger zu bleiben.

I would like to subrent my beautiful 2-room flat during the above-mentioned timeframe. It is a 44 square meter room flat in an old building in neukölln-britz, with high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony. The neighbourhood is very quiet. In 10 minutes by bus you can reach the subway station Hermannstrasse as well as the subway station Alt-Mariendorf. The biggest garden in Berlin Britzer-Garten is only a 5 minutes walk away, where you can go jogging. This flat is more than important for me, so I am looking for a nice reliable trustworthy person who will take care of the flat just like I do.

The price includes all costs (water, electricity, internet, heating) for the whole rental period. There is possibility to stay for a longer time.
