Die Wohnung wurde vor unserem Bezug saniert und energetisch auf den neusten Stand gebracht, sodass im Winter nicht mehr geheizt werden muss. Sie befindet sich im 4. Stock und ist Richtung Süden ausgerichtet. Zudem verfügt sie über einen Holzdielenboden.
Die Wohnung wurde uns leer übergeben, sodass wir viele Elemente selbstgebaut haben, um die Funktionalität der Wohnung zu erhöhen.
So befindet sich in dem großen Zimmer ein hochwertiges Hochbett und in dem kleineren eine Hochebene für Stauraum. Zudem befindet sich eine komplett funktionstüchtige Küche in der Wohnung. Oben drein haben wir noch eine modulare Schlafcouch in die Küche gebaut, welche ebenfalls viel Stauraum bietet.
The apartment was renovated before we moved in and brought up to date in terms of energy efficiency, so that it no longer needs to be heated in winter. It is located on the 4th floor and faces south. It also has a wooden floor.
The apartment was handed over to us empty, so we built many elements ourselves to increase the functionality of the apartment.
There is a high-quality loft bed in the large room and a plateau for storage space in the smaller one. There is also a fully functional kitchen in the apartment. On top of that, we built a modular sofa bed in the kitchen, which also offers plenty of storage space.
Ich biete eine 56,1 m² große 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Wedding an. Gelegen ist die Wohnung zentral 4 Fahrradminuten von der Osloer Straße und der Tram M13 entfernt. Zudem befindet sich direkt vor der Tür die Panke und der Bürgerpark Pankow ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. In der Straße gibt es sowohl eine Bushaltestation und einen Penny.
I am offering a 56.1 m² 2-room apartment in Wedding. The apartment is centrally located, 4 minutes by bike from Osloer Straße and the M13 tram. The Panke is right in front of the door and the Pankow Citizens Park is also not far away. On the street there is both a bus stop and a penny.
Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet und es sind nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter Haustiere erlaubt. Schön an der Lage sind die vielen Parks mit sehr vielen Tischtennisplatten. Auch das Soldiner Eck ist eine hervorragende Kneipe, welche die Gegend bereichert. Die Vermieter verwalten das gesamte Haus und sind sehr umgänglich. Zudem sind die Nachbarn auch sehr freundlich. Im Hinterhof kann man seine Fahrrader abstellen.
Freuen würde ich mich über eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung oder ein gutees WG-Zimmer.
The rental agreement is for an unlimited period and pets are allowed after consultation with the landlord. What's nice about the location are the many parks with lots of table tennis tables. The Soldiner Eck is also an excellent pub that enriches the area. The landlords manage the entire house and are very easy to get along with. The neighbors are also very friendly. You can park your bikes in the backyard.
I would be happy about a 1-room apartment or a good shared room.
