wunderschöne, riesige 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung, mit 3,6m hohen Decken und Fischgrätenparkett, für die Zeit unseres Auslandsaufenthalts zu vermieten.
Perfekt für ein Pärchen. Das halbe Zimmer ist unser kleines Büro. Das Wohnzimmer hat Zutritt zum schönen Balkon.
Zwei Einzelpersonen würden auch gehen, jedoch dann mit Einzelbett im Wohnzimmer, da nur ein Schlafzimmer vorhanden ist.
Großes 180x200 King size Bett.
Im Haus wohnen viele ältere Herrschaften, neben derzeit drei Familien. Daher gilt bei uns Musik maximal in Zimmerlautstärke, ab 22 Uhr Nachtruhe.
Nach Absprache können auch Haustiere mit einziehen (wir haben selbst einen Hund, daher ist unsere Wohnung nicht für Allergiker geeignet).

beautiful, huge 2.5 room apartment, with 3.6m high ceilings and parquet flooring, for rent for the duration of our stay abroad.
Perfect for a couple as we have a bedroom with adjoining heated loggia which we use as a workspace. The living room has access to the lovely balcony.
Two single people would also be fine, but then with a single bed in the living room, as there is only one bedroom and one living room.
Many older people live in the house, as well as three families at the moment. Therefore, music may only be listened to at low volume, from 10 pm night's rest.
However, this also means that the apartment is a perfect place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet ;-)
Pets can also move in by request (we have a dog ourselves, so our apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers).
Perfekte Anbindung nähe Prager Platz, wo ihr alles erdenkliche findet wie: Supermarkt, DM, Bio Company, Fitnessstudio etc. Zudem findet ihr an jeder Ecke Restaurants und Bars.
Eine Tankstelle und Späti ist auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Ruhige Fahrradstraße, Parkplätze gibt es nur mit Parkschein.

Perfect connection near Prager Platz, where you will find everything imaginable such as: supermarket, DM, Bio Company, gym etc.. There are also restaurants and bars on every corner.
A gas station and Späti is also in the immediate vicinity.
Quiet bicycle street, parking is only available with a parking permit.

Da in unserem Altbau die Wände sehr hellhörig sind und unsere Nachbarn im Schichtdienst arbeiten, suchen wir nach Untermietern, die Musik und TV maximal auf Zimmerlautstärke hören. Ab 22 Uhr gilt dann die Nachtruhe. Die Wohnung eignet sich daher nicht für WGs und Parties oder ähnliches.
Internet (50€) und Stromkosten kommen je nach Verbrauch noch hinzu (bei uns sind es ca 50€).

As the walls in our old building are very hard of hearing and our neighbors work day and night shifts, we are looking for tenants who listen to music and TV at room volume at most. From 10 p.m. onwards, the night's rest applies. The apartment is therefore not suitable for shared apartments and parties or similar.
Electricity costs will be added depending on consumption (we pay approx. 50€ per month).
