Ich bin ein paar Wochen nicht in Berlin und suche kurzfristig jemand zur Untermiete. Die Wohnung ist im 5. OG unter dem Dach, es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist schon special, geht über 2 Etagen, und besteht aus einem großen Raum. Küche und Schlafbereich sind aber trotzdem etwas vom Rest unterteilt. Oben ist die 'Galerie' mit Dachzugang und einem richtig tollen Blick. Spül- und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden und das Bett ist 160cm breit. Fahrräder können im Innenhof untergestellt werden.
I am escaping Berlin winter for a few weeks and am looking for someone for a sublet on short notice. The apartment is on the 5th floor under the roof, and there is an elevator. The apartment is quite special, spanning two floors, and consists of a large room. However, the kitchen and sleeping area are still somewhat separated from the rest. Upstairs is the 'gallery' with roof access and a really great view. There is a dishwasher and washing machine, and the bed is 160cm wide. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard.
Du befindest dich 2min vom Sbhf Charlottenburg entfernt. Zur U7 sind es 5min. Bäcker und Cafés sind vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten starten mit einem Alnatura um die Ecke, Edeka und Lidl sind in 8min zu Fuß erreichbar z.B. auf der Einkaufzone in der Wilmersdorfer Straße. Haus und Straße sind ruhig und entspannt.
You are 2 minutes away from Charlottenburg train station. The U7 subway is 5 minutes away. Bakeries and coffee stores are right outside the door. Shopping options start with an Alnatura around the corner, and Edeka and Lidl are an 8-minute walk away, for example, on the shopping street of Wilmersdorfer Straße. The building and street are quiet and relaxed.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt alleine oder für Pärchen. Besichtigungen müssen recht schnell Freitag/Samstag erfolgen. Online-Besichtigung geht natürlich auch!
