I am looking for one person to stay in my flat for approximately 7 weeks, as I will be traveling for most of that time (I can already provide exact dates).
The living room is very spacious and has a huge sofa bed and 2 work desks. It has a music system and quite a few plants, so I would also be really grateful if they could get some water during you stay, thank you :) they are very easy-to-care-for plants.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a super comfy double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables.
The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The kitchen has a balcony with table and chairs.
The apartment is very cozy, quiet and bright, it gets the sun on the living room/bedroom
side in the morning, and on the bathroom/kitchen/balcony side in the afternoon. It is of located in one of the most beautiful and exciting areas of Berlin.
The apartment is literally 2 steps away from Admiralbrücke, one of the most popular and lively areas in Berlin, and there are loads of shops/supermarkets, restaurants and bars just steps away from the flat.
The nearest U-Bahn station is Kottbusser Tor (U1 and U8) at 5 minutes walk. Südstern (U7) is 10 minutes walk.
The building is peaceful so I am looking for a responsible tenant who can keep noise levels to normal. No parties please. This is a no-smoking flat.
Keeping the flat reasonably clean and tidy is important, so please do not write if this is not something that resonates with you, thanks.
