I will be subletting 2/3 rooms of my flat for May and June while I go back to Canada. The entire flat is 95qm, but 70qm will be usable/available to you. You will have the flat to yourself. It's south-facing with *tons* of natural light.
Room 1: double bed with under bed storage, a desk, and office chair.
Room 2: living room with large couch, dining area, and television.
Kitchen is entirely separate and equipped with basically every appliance you could imagine. I'm a hobby baker so there is even a large stand mixer :)
Please note it is on the 2nd floor with no lift. The apartment is suitable for a couple.

Located less than 50 metres from the M2, and 5 mins walk from either the ringbahn and M10 for amazing accessibility any time of day.
You'll be pleasantly overwhelmed by the number of great cafes and restaurants.
Note: I do have a cat so this flat is not suitable for those with allergies. I would also be happy to negotiate down the price if you would be willing to take care of my (very friendly and cuddly) cat. This is not a requirement but maybe interesting to animal lovers ;)
