möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin-Lichtenberg für 2 Monate zu vermieten (März / April)

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Berlin-Lichtenberg, S- und U-Bahn fahren direkt vor der Tür (und man hört sie trotzdem nicht in der Wohnung). Friedrichshain ist 5-10 Minuten mit der Bahn entfernt, der Alexanderplatz nur 15 Minuten.

Edeka und Rossmann befinden sich quasi vor der Haustür, Penny, Rewe und Lidl sind auch nur 150-600 m jeweils entfernt.

The apartment is located in Berlin-Lichtenberg. S- and U-Bahn are located right in front (and yet you don't hear them). Friedrichshain is only 5-10 minutes away by train, Alexanderplatz about 15 minutes.

Edeka (supermarket) and Rossmann (drugstore) are only a 3 minute walk away, Penny, Rewe and Lidl are only 150-600 m away.

Eine einzige (weibliche) Person wäre mir am liebsten. Möglichst jemand, der sich nicht in der Wohnung anmelden muss (es sind schließlich nur zwei Monate).

Es wäre toll, wenn du dich während der Zeit um meine Pflanzen kümmern könntest (6 Topfpflanzen + 2 Orchideen) und auch den Briefkasten leerst.

Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet, aber auf dem Balkon ist es natürlich möglich.

Die Daten sind noch flexibel. Am liebsten würde ich am 05. oder 06. März los. Falls du vorher nicht in Berlin bist, könntest du an einem der beiden Tage kommen, wir machen Schlüsselübergabe und ich fliege am Abend oder auch am nächsten Tag ganz früh (dann schlafe ich eine Nacht auf der Couch). Falls du schon am ersten März-Wochenende kommen möchtest, wäre das auch möglich, dann würden wir die Wohnung aber noch 3 Tage miteinander teilen. Auch nach hinten raus ist es noch flexibel. Es wäre auch möglich, z. B. bis zum 10. Mai zu bleiben.

A single female person preferred. Possibly someone who doesn't need to register (Anmeldung) - I mean it's for only 2 months.

It would be great if you could water my plants while I'm gone (6 pot plants, 2 orchids - not that big a deal) and if you could empty my mail box (of course, you can also receive mail here if needed).

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed but you can smoke on the balcony.

Dates are still flexible. I'd love to leave on March 5th or 6th. You could come on one of these days and I take an evening flight or I'll leave very early the next morning. If you have to come on the first weekend of March, that's also possible and we'd have to share the apartment (and costs of course) for 3 days - I'll be happy to sleep on the couch during that time.
