Die Wohnung befindet sich im historischen Zentrum, der Villengegend von Karow, einem Stadtteil von Pankow, ruhig und trotzdem urban mit guten Verbindungen. 10min zu Fuß bis zum S-Bahnhof Karow (S2 und Regionalbahn RB27) mit einer Direktverbindung nach Friedrichstraße, Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor, Südkreuz, Gesundbrunnen, Nordbahnhof, Bornholmer Straße, man ist also innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Prenzlauer Berg oder Mitte.

Direkt vor dem Haus: Bus 150 und 158 sowie ein Nachtbus, der die Wohnung direkt mit Prenzlauer Berg und Wedding (Seestraße, Osloer Straße) verbindet.
