Hello guys, i am renting my place for one whole month, 2 Private Rooms which you can lock, from the beginning of November till beginning of December, date is not fix and maybe we can extend for 1 month if needed renting from 01.11.-02.12. or 1 Month

Its in Neukölln near beautiful neighborhood Richardplatz fully furnished and equiped. TV UHD, Highspeed Internet, Netflix, Prime, Playstation included. 1 Living Room cosy and big, high seelings and 1 Bedroom, comfortable bed, Wardrobe and quite Room. with JBL Soundsystem.
The Kitchen are fully equiped with everything whats necessary. (Dishwasher,Washingmachine,oven/stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, teemaker, espressomachine etc.


its in a 3 Room WG so the bathroom and Kitchen is shared with my Roommate, 24 year french guy, super friendly and chilled, working during the week, on the weekends he is off with friends. he has NO excess to the rooms! and has his private own room. so you have your full privacy in your both rooms.

Zu vermieten vom 01.11.-02.12. November bis Dezember gesamter Zeitraum 1 Monat oder 2 auf Anfrage (flexibel mit datum)

Mitbewohner hat keinen Zugang zu den Räumen die zu vermieten sind, er teilt nur Küche und Bad, hat sonst sein eigenes privates Zimmer. Das heisst du hast die beiden Räume für ganz dich allein.
Küche: Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Spülmaschine, Espressomaschine Wasserkocher, Esstisch, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Geschirr/Besteck etc.
