My very large, super-cosy, three-room home is in the heart of Neukölln, close to Tempelhofer Feld.

The apartment has a charming feel, perfect for that "Home away from home". All the rooms are very large and there is no space wasted on any hallways.

The apartment comes fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped.

There are blankets, towels, etc.

There is a very large office space with two desks (perfect for freelancers), and several couches.

There is also a walk-in closet (not pictured)

It has everything you want: Washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machines, egg beaters, can openers. But most importantly, a lovely vibe.

I will only rent the apartment to individuals or couples, as architecturally, the space is not good for a WG. And there is but one bed.

The price is warm and also includes water, electricity, gas, internet.

The placement of the apartment is incredibly convenient.
The apartment is located literally 2 minutes from the Leinestrasse station on the U8, which crosses the city North to South, making it a breeze to get anywhere in Berlin. There are five supermarkets in 2-10 minute walk from the house - Lidl, Rewe, Netto, Euroguida, and Bio Company.

Within a small radius of ten minutes, there are: 1. the best Italian restaurant in Berlin 2. some beautiful cool bars 3. an ex-beer factory cum cafe, and of course the wonderful and goergous Tempelhofer Feld (which you should visit every day!)

The apartment s also a short 7-minute walk from Tempelhofer Feld, for sports, walking and jogging. Finally it's heart of Neukolln - so basically one of the best areas for cafes, bars, restaurants.

The apartment is Hinterhof! (so nice and very very quiet).

Also, not pictured in the photos - there is another "halb-Zimmer" (a room with no windows about 10 square meters with shelves which I use as a walk-in closet. It rocks :)
