Wir möchten gerne unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im lebhaften Neukölln untervermieten ab dem 1. April 2025. Die Wohnung kann bis Ende Juni gemietet werden. Aber auch eine kürzere Mietdauer ist für uns in Ordnung. Gib uns einfach Bescheid, nach was genau du suchst.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, eine große Küche mit allem was man braucht. Insgesamt 90qm. Sie kann auch als WG genutzt werden.
Das Bad hat eine Wanne und eine Waschmaschine haben wir auch.
Die Bushaltestelle "Erkstraße" ist nur 1 Minute Fußweg entfernt und die U-Bahn Station "Rathaus Neukölln" ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg.
Meldet euch, solltet ihr Interesse haben.
1800€ warm pro Monat (inkl. W-Lan, Strom etc.). Der genaue Einzugs- und Auszugstag kann flexibel besprochen werden. Mehr Fotos schicke ich dir dann gerne zu.

We would like to sublet our beautiful 3-room apartment in vibrant Neukölln from 1 April 2025. It is free until end of June. A shorter rental period is possible. Let us know what you're looking for.
You will have 3 rooms and a big kitchen with everything you need. The apartment has 90 sqm and can also be used as a shared-apartment.
The bathroom has a tub and we also have a washing machine in the apartment.
The area is perfect for families or singles/couples with lots of coffee shops, boutique shops, bars and playgrounds around.
