Rent my lovely apartment from 1st March until 30th april 2025

Hallo,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom 24 Februar bis 20 April 2025. Das Apartment befindet sich in Mitte, 1 Minute von der U-Bahn-Station U8 und 2 Minuten von der Straßenbahn M10 entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an die Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe angebunden und befindet sich in einer Gegend mit multiethnischen Bars und Restaurants 5 minuten vom Muerpark und Alexanderplatz entfernt. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist aber gleichzeitig von sehr schönen Galerien und Parks umgeben.

- No party allowed in the flat! ( I also can’t cause the neighborhood is very quite and its not allowed)
- No smoking inside the flat.
- No animals cause I’m have allergies.

Hi,
I am renting my apartment from 24th February until 20th April 2025. The apartment is located in Mitte 1 minute from the U8 metro stop and 2 minute’s from the M10 tram. The apartment is very well connected to the supermarkets around very close and is located in an area of ​​multi-ethnic bars and restaurants, 5 minutes walk from Muerpark and Alexanderplatz. it is located in a quiet area but at the same time surrounded by very nice galleries and parks.

- Keine Party in der Wohnung erlaubt! (Ich kann auch nicht, weil die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig ist und es nicht erlaubt ist)
- Rauchen in der Wohnung verboten.
- Keine Tiere, weil ich Allergien habe.
