Hi i there 😊 we are Johannes and Victoria. We're moving out and looking for someone to take over our current apartment from mid-October to December! If you're new to Berlin or between two apartments, this could be perfect for you to bridge the time.
The apartment is a typical Berliner “Altbau” and it comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, oven, kitchen cabinets, table, and chairs. The flat has the following rooms:
- Large bedroom
- Spacious living room
- One guest / study room
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with bathtub
Moreover, as part of the flat you have access to, a storage room in the basement and a separate room for bicycles in the ground floor. We will take most of the furniture to our new apartment, but we can negotiate if you would like to keep any of the furniture.

The flat is located in the lively Wrangelkiez (Kreuzberg) with a great amount of nice bars and restaurant in walking distance. Moreover, it is just two blocks away from the next subway station (Schlesisches Tor), various supermarkets/shops (Lidl, REWE, Turkish and Bio supermarket) and, very close to Görlitzer park. As the flat is located in the 3rd floor of the “Hinterhaus” (second house accessible through the courtyard), it is very quiet during the day and at night.
The apartment will be unfurnished and without plants, as we're moving out :)
