Ich biete meine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung in Friedrichshain vom zur Untermiete.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 50m2 groß und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr bequemen 180cm Bett, sowie einem großen Badezimmer. Auch ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten offenen Küche inklusive einer automatischen Kaffeemaschine stehen zur Verfügung ☕.
Es gibt eine schöne kleine Terrasse. Schnelles WIFI ist auch verfügbar. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher stelle ich gerne zur Verfügung.

In der direkten Umgebung sind viele nette Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. Boxhagener Platz ist 10 Minuten Laufweg entfernt.

Da in dem Gebäude Familien leben, suche ich respektvolle Mieter, also bitte keine Partys.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Wohnnebenkosten (Wasser/Abwasser, Heizung) sowie alle anderen Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Internet und Möbelzuschlag) enthalten.

Hello!

I am subletting my fully-furnished apartment in Friedrichshain.
The flat is around 50m2, encompassing a bedroom with a very comfy 180cm bed, as well as a large bathroom. Also, a spacious living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen with an automatic coffee machine are at your disposal as well ☕.
There's a nice little terrace. Fast WIFI is also available. I am happy to leave fresh sheets and towels.

In the area you can find many nice cafes, restaurants and bars. Boxhagener Platz is around a 10 min walk, there's many more nice bars and restaurants to explore.

Since there are families living in the building, I am looking to have respectful tenants, so please no parties.
The rental price includes all additional living costs (water/sewage, heating) as well as all other side costs (electricity, gas, internet and furniture surcharge).
