Diese Altbauwohnung ist ab dem 1. März 2025 verfügbar und besteht aus folgenden Räumen:

Zimmer 1: 3 m x 4 m
Zimmer 2: 3 m x 2,5 m (nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen, aber ähnlich wie Zimmer 1, nur kleiner)
Pantryküche mit Wohnzimmer: 4 m x 4 m
Badezimmer

Die Wohnung ist geeignet für eine Person oder ein Paar und nicht für eine Wohngemeinschaft (WG) geeignet.

Die derzeitige Kaltmiete beträgt 460 Euro, und ich habe zusätzlich etwa 160 Euro monatlich für Gas, Strom und Internet gezahlt. Diese Kosten können leicht variieren, da Sie diese selbst anmelden und bezahlen müssen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und umfasst eine kleine Holztreppe, die wöchentlich gereinigt werden muss.


Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert übergeben, aber ich möchte die vorhandenen Möbel (Sofa, 2 Bücherregale, Küchentisch, Stühle, kleine Couch und Küchenschrank) für 200 Euro hier lassen.
