Short-Term Furnished Apartment available without Anmeldung fur two months.
This apartment is situated in a very nice and calm neighborhood and has been rented by a young family for six years. It is available for three months (01.02.2025 - 30.03.2025).
Here is the detail of the space:
- The Bedroom has a Queen size double bed
- The Living room has LCD + large sofa-bed and dining table/area next to the kitchen
- The kitchen has all one needs; Dishwasher, utensils, oven, micro, kettle, etc. (you are free to use everything!)
P.S.. due to some changes in the circumstances, the living room has to be shared for a few days, however, in March and April, you will have the whole apartment to yourself.
- Grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and bus stop ONLY 3-mints by walk
KONTOR is a 10-minute walk away, where you can find pretty much everything, e.g., Deichman, Cleverfit, Kaufland, Pharmacy, Muller, Kik, NKD, optician, etc.
- The RS-Train stop is 10 minutes on foot, and from there it takes 17 minutes to reach the city center (In less than half-hour in the City center)
This is a young family’s apartment who are moving abroad for work and pleasure and, hence, it is a short-term residence ideal for short-term visitors.
We prefer non-smoker single/couples (+kid/kids are also welcome), but the important thing is you’re a responsible and polite person, with these qualities you will ensure us that our apartment and neighbors are in good hands. 😉
