This apartment is situated in a very nice and calm neighborhood and has been rented by a young family living there for 6 years. The apartment is available for four months (01.01.2025 - 30.03.2025).
Here is the detail of the space:
- The Bedroom has a Queen size double bed
- The Living room has LCD + large sofa-bed and dining table/area next to the kitchen
- The kitchen has all one needs; Dishwasher, utensils, oven, micro, kettle, etc. (you are free to use everything!)
The NK costs are roughly what we have been paying on average. Often we have to pay extra for water, sometimes we pay extra for Strom & Gas and sometimes we get something back (which became rare recently), so we tried to include all these factors in the price. :)
- Grocery store, bakery, restaurants, and bus stop ONLY 3-mints by walk
KONTOR is a 10-minute walk away, where you can find pretty much everything, e.g., Deichman, Cleverfit, Kaufland, Pharmacy, Muller, Kik, NKD, optician, etc.
- The RS-Train stop is 10 minutes on foot, and from there it takes 17 minutes to reach the city center (In less than half-hour in the City center)
This is a young family’s apartment who are moving abroad for work and pleasure and, hence, it is a short-term residence ideal for short-term visitors.
We prefer non-smoker single/couples (+kid/kids are also welcome), but the important thing is you’re a responsible and polite person, with these qualities you will ensure us that our apartment and neighbors are in good hands. 😉
