Suche Nachmieter zum 01.04.2019 für meine sehr gepflegte 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Buchholz Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung Im 2. OG ist durch die großen Dachfenster sehr hell und die Wohnfläche ist größer, da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt und über Dachschrägen verfügt.
Leider muss ich beruflich bald umziehen, sonst Stände die Wohnung nicht zur Verfügung.
Eine Besichtigung ist jederzeit möglich, am liebsten werktags ab 17 Uhr.
Die Einbauküche ist mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Spühlmaschine ausgestattet. Alles in gepflegtem Zustand und zusätzlich bieten Schränke viel Stauraum.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und einen Waschmaschinenanschluss.
Heizkosten, Warmwasser, Kabelanschluss und Treppenhausreinigung sind in den Nebenkosten inklusive.
Keller gibt es leider nicht. Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter für ca 70€/Monat angemietet werden.
