2 BME students looking for a flat - for 12 months

Hello! We are 2 guys moving to Budapest from Turkey to study at BME. I'll be studying MSc in Architecture and my friend will study BSc in engineering. We are both Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship holders, meaning we will get monthly stipends from the Hungarian government. Also our parents are supporting us financially. We are in need of a flat for us to move in before the classes start. We'd move in from the beginning of September. We are looking for a fully FURNISHED flat with 2 separate bedrooms. Being close to the tram/metro lines is very important to us. Neither of us smoke or own pets. We are responsible people who would clean the house every week and be respectful to the flat and the neighbors. Our budget is around 500-550 EUR per month, excluding the utilities.
