Mein Wohnung in Chicago zur Untermiete! Since I am going to Berlin next month I supposed someone in Germany may be visiting/moving to Chicago and in need of a place. Ergo this ad.
I am a writer and I am subletting my studio apartment for September (extension NOT possible). The rent includes all utilities! My place comes furnished with WiFi, A/C, heater, washer-dryer. However there is no television. The apartment has an east facing window and gets a lot of morning sun. The floor is actually cement, not tiled. This apartment building is super quiet---and smoke-free. It is available for one person but, certainly, two people can live comfortably. Interested?

Uptown is a cool neighborhood on the northside.
It is a 1-minute walk from Red Line subway (Wilson) and only 30 minute subway ride to downtown Chicago.
There is an Aldi 2-minutes walk from the apartment along with Target, Jewel Osco (supermarket), Dollar Tree ("$1 Store"). Also nearby are Wrigley Field, a bicycle shop, liquor stores, cafes, McDonald's, Salvation Army store (Secondhand-Laden); the beach is roughly 12-minute walk with running & bike trails.
Beautiful artistic murals adorn the whole neighborhood.
MANY, MANY, MANY homosexuals with small dogs reside in the area.
Within a block is the local fire station and Truman City College.
