My name is Amirali and I am 28 years old and studied International Management in Hochschule Deggendorf. The location of the apartment is perfect for me. I am a quiet and helpful tenant and I care about the cleanliness of my place. Furthermore, I do not have a pet.
To assure you of my ability to pay the rent, I can show the letter of financial ability approved by the German Embassy.
I will arrive in Germany on 25th September and my course will start on 2nd October so I want to rent a room as soon as possible.
