Apartment in the castle Nickern Wohnung im Schloß Nickern

We have a short time here at the Nickern Castle. from now on 4 rooms, about 140sqm for 1400€ cold free.
The additional costs are for a person incl. Electricity and WLAN at approx. 370€
If the apartment is inhabited by more than 4 persons, what is possible by the separate rooms, probably increases the additional costs.
The apartment consists of a large room about 25sqm, a small one of 10sqm, optimal as a sleeping room, which departs from the large room and a small bathroom 5sqm. There are also 2 separate small rooms of 11 and 12 sqm in the Og

The kitchen in the EC is about 38sqm in size and leads an indoor wooden staircase to the rooms in the 1.OG.
There is also a bathroom in the Eg of about 24! qm reminds of historical times. There are two small storage rooms in the EC with 2qm each.
Minimum rental period 12 months
The rooms were otherwise rented to wedding guests and are fully furnished, but can also be completely empty.
There are also inappropriate rooms for hobbies and artists of any kind - then bathroom and kitchen is once over the magnificent courtyard

Also welcome families or single parents with child!
The rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, double bed 2.00x180m, several refurbished real-time refrigerators and criminal frames, or even empty.
In addition, there are other small rooms between 10 and 12sqm in the Og 3
There is a separate washing room, a south terrace and garden for use, as well as parking space for the car and bicycle.
The castle Nickern is located in the Stadteil Altnickern, south of Prohlis and it is only 6km to the Hbf, only 5km to the university, or 8km to the new town. Bus line 66 (15 min to the main railway station) and it is green all around, almost like village, 4000sqm large meadows, expansive, wood sheds, loam hut, wine cellar, Bastelwerkstatt.
The bus line 88, Altnickern stop leaves 150m from the house, the 66 about 300m , stop Alter Postweg.
In the Nickern Castle were usually Saturdays events, mostly weddings!, but this does not interfere with other entrances.
We are currently living in the apartment, Salome. 27) and I, André 44 the owner of the castle, but move into the other, only partially refurbished part in the south wing.

Wir haben kurzfristig hier bei uns im Schloß Nickern. ab sofort 4 Zimmer , ca 140qm für 1400€ kalt frei.
Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich bei einer Person incl. Strom und WLAN auf ca. 370€
Wird die Wohnung mit mehr als 4 Personen bewohnt , was möglich ist durch die separaten Räume, erhöhen sich vermutlich die Nebenkosten.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Zimmer ca 25qm, einem kleinen von 10qm, optimal als Schlafraum, was vom großen Zimmer abgeht und einem kleinen Bad 5qm. Desweiteren gibt es im Og weitere 2 separate kleine Zimmer von 11 und 12qm

Die Wohnküche im EG ist etwa 38qm groß aus dieser führt eine Innenholztreppe zu den Zimmern im 1.OG.
Desweiteren gibt es ein Bad im Eg von etwa 24! qm was an historische Zeiten erinnert.Dazu kommen noch zwei kleine Abstellräume im EG mit jeweils 2qm
Mindestmietzeitraum 12 Monate
Die Zimmer wurden sonst an Hochzeitsgäste vermietet und sind komplett möbliert , können aber auch komplett leergräumt werden.
Es gibt auch unsanierte Zimmer für Hobbys und Kunstschaffende jeder Art - dann ist Bad und Küche einmal über den herrlichen Innenhof

Die Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Fußbodenheizung, Doppelbett 2,00x180m , mehreren aufgearbeiteten Echtholschränken und Krimskrams, oder auch leer.
Desweiteren gibt es im Og 3 weitere kleine Zimmer zwischen 10 und 12qm
Es gibt einen separaten Waschmaschinenraum , eine Südterasse und Garten zur Nutzung , sowie natürlich Stellplatz fürs Auto und Fahrrad.
Das Schloß Nickern liegt im Stadteil Altnickern , südlich von Prohlis und es sind nur 6km zum Hbf, nur 5km zur Uni, oder 8km in die Neustadt. Buslinie 66 ( 15 min zum Hauptbahnhof) und es ist ringsrum grün, fast wie Dorf, 4000qm große wiesen ,weitläufig, Holzschuppen, Lehmhütte, Weinkeller , Bastelwerkstatt.
Die Buslinie 88, Haltestelle Altnickern fährt 150m vom Haus, die 66 etwa 300m , Haltstelle Alter Postweg.
Im Schloß Nickern waren meist samstags Veranstaltungen, meist Hochzeiten!, was aber durch andere Eingänge nicht weiter stört.
Derzeit wohnen wir noch zu zweit in der Wohnung , Salome. 27) und ich, André 44 der Inhaber vom Schloß , ziehen aber in den anderen , nur teilsanierten Teil im Südflügel.
