Favourite apartment for rent in March/April free :) Lieblingswohnung zur Untermiete im März/April frei :)

I am looking for my favorite 2 room apartment with minibalcony, a reliable rental. I live the apartment alone, but you can also like to sniff the air in the pike district once. End of March until end of April 2025, +/- a few days

The apartment consists of one bedroom, hallway with wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub, underfloor heating and power lighting and an open living area with work place and kitchen incl. dishwasher, refrigerator etc.
The apartment is rented furnished, as shown in the pictures. My style is rather less, but you will definitely find everything necessary for a month. My latest achievements are a swing chair indoor and a hanging chair on the balcony, which can also be your favorite places. :
For the equipment you can use: dishes, kettle, apron, microwave, kitchen utensils, filled spice rack, at the desk a large screen with HDMI, towels, linens, books, music system, even more depending on the gusto. I only have mobile internet, for WLAN sharing, we should ask the neighbors to love.

You will spend your time in my first own apartment, which I have furnished with a lot of love and also a bit of pride. You can feel at home. Be so good and treat the apartment and my things with care and respect. Of course, it's completely normal that something can get broken, which my mirror had to experience, but I'm very happy not to get the apartment back in full chaos and incompletely. I will be the apartment again for approx. 6 months of rent, if something is wanted at the time. Please care for my plants,

ich suche für meine liebste 2 Zimmer-Wohnung mit Minibalkon, eine zuverlässige Untermiete. Ich bewohne die Wohnung allein, ihr könnt aber auch gern zu zweit die Luft im Hechtviertel einmal schnuppern. Ende März bis Ende April 2025, +/- paar Tage

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Flur mit Garderobe, Bad mit Badewanne, Fußbodenheizung und Powerbeleuchtung und einem offenem Wohnbereich mit Arbeitsplatz und Küchennische inkl. Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank etc.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Mein Stil ist eher weniger ist mehr, ihr findet aber bestimmt alles nötige für einen Monat. Meine neusten Errungenschaften sind ein Schaukelstuhl indoor und ein Hängesessel auf dem Balkon, die bestimmt auch deine Lieblingsplätze werden können. :)
Zur Ausstattung, die ihr gern nutzen könnt: u.a. Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Pürierstab, Mikrowelle, Kochutensilien, gefülltes Gewürzregal, am Schreibtisch einen großen Bildschirm mit HDMI, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Bücher, Musikanlage, noch mehr je nach gusto. Ich habe nur mobiles Internet, für WLAN sharing müssten wir die Nachbarn mal lieb bitten.

Ihr werdet in meiner ersten eigenen Wohnung, die ich mit viel Liebe und auch ein bisschen Stolz eingerichtet habe, eure Zeit verbringen. Ihr könnt euch gerne wie zuhause fühlen. Seid so gut und behandelt die Wohnung und meine Dinge mit Sorgfalt und gewissem Respekt. Es ist natürlich völlig normal, dass mal was kaputt gehen kann, was auch mein Spiegel erleben musste, doch freu ich mich sehr darauf, die Wohnung nicht im vollen Chaos und unvollständig wieder zu bekommen. Ich werde ab September berufsbedingt die Wohnung auch nochmal für ca. 6 Monate vermieten, falls zu der Zeit auch was gesucht wird. Bitte meine Pflanzen pflegen,
