I'm subletting my apartment in Düren from 01.07 till 26.07. I would like a total of 380€ as rent and 300€ deposit which includes everything in the apartment (TV, Wifi, kitchen, washing machine, etc). You will get back the deposit on the return of keys day. If youre interested, please write me a message introducing yourself (your name, age, occupation, how many people you seek the apartment for). I need proof of identity and that we sign a sublet contract.
