Ich, 58, ruhige und solvente Mieterin (Nichtraucherin, keine Haustiere) suche langfristig gepflegte 1,5 bis 2 Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon (gerne Einbauküche, aber ansonsten bitte keine Möbel).
