The apartment is located in an cultivation of our beautiful house WG. It is about 50 sqm and consists of kitchen, bathroom, living room (as a through-room) and bedroom. The apartment is best suited for couples and can be used badly as a WG due to the through-room. From the apartment you look at our beautiful large garden. The rent is a flat-rate rental so that no additional costs can be paid up to the internet and GEZ (previously about 10 EUR per person). The apartment does not have a separate entrance, but you come to the apartment through the house corridor used together with our WG. In the stairwell there are also two small washrooms with washing machine and dryer.
In addition to your future apartment, the house also offers: our large communal kitchen, a cozy living room on the ground floor and another living room with sofas and beamer/TV on the top floor. You can park your bikes safely in our own garage, for a car there is always a parking space on the entrance or directly in front of the house. Additional storage space offers our spooky basement.
The apartment is located in a beautiful old building villa. We live there as a WG. These are:

The common spaces can also be used by you/euch and we would be happy if your desire would have understood part of our big wg community! We also share the garden together. So, if you have Bock to live in a house WG, but still have your own apartment as a retreat, this is perfect here!
To the location otherwise:
The nearest bus stop is about 4 minutes walk away, until the S-Bahn stop Eller takes about 10 minutes (Haus→Altstadt about 30 minutes). All the stuff you need for daily survival can also be bought very comfortably right in front of the front door. Net, Aldi, Penny, Rossmann, Latei, Pharmacy, Doctors and helpful neighbors are all easily accessible on foot or by bike.
You also live only 5 minutes walk from the forest of Eller Forst and 25 minutes walk from the Unterbach lake.
The WG life always adapts a little to the seasons. In winter we like to sit in the kitchen or in the living room and build caves or watch a movie together, drink a mulled wine or play a game ( settlers, durac or double head are just popular) but we do just blossom up from spring. As soon as it gets warmer, the WG life takes place to 90% in the (very big) garden. Here you can enjoy various activities such as grills, campfires, drink beer, talk nonsense or dangle the day in the hammock.We also have a shed full of garden tools, so if you like gardening, you can take a full look here.
Around the year, you will always find someone who can take care of his bad day or discuss the problems of this world. Of course, no one is evil, if you don't like it, and pull you back into your own four walls.
If you are very spontaneous - we have 10.01. a few interested people to visit, there would be time to join. Otherwise we will also find another appointment to meet you :)
