Es ist 68 qm groß und hat einen Balkon, von dem aus Sie einen schönen Seeblick haben. Sie haben auch einen einfachen Zugang zum See vom Garten aus, wo Sie alle Wasseraktivitäten wie Kajakfahren, Paddeln, Bootfahren usw. machen können.
In der Wohnung haben Sie alles, was benötigt wird, komplette Küche, Geschirrspüler, Mixer, Waschmaschine, Trockner uzw. Sie werden Zugang zu allem haben. Two room fully furnished Apartment in Erkner is available between 10 Nov- 10 Dec. I am traveling with my husband to our hometown for a month and would like to sublet our Apartment in this time period. The Apartment is suitable for 2 - 3 people. It is 68 qm with a balcony from where you will have a beautiful Lake view. You also have easy access to the lake from the Garden, where you can do all the water activities such as Kayaking, Paddling, Boating, etc.
In the apartment, you have everything needed, a complete Kitchenette, dishwasher, mixer, washing machine, dryer, etc. You will have access to everything. There is a large Living room where you have a Sofa-bed (which is quite comfortable for 2 people), TV, dining Table, etc. In the bedroom also there is a double bed. You can also use our Wardrobe for keeping your stuff.
The given rent amount is including Nebenkosten, Heizkosten, Internet, ARD, and electricity.

Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Gebäude. Der Bus 418 bringt Sie in 5 Minuten nach Erkner bhf (ca. 1,5 km vom Haus entfernt). Zu Fuß dauert es etwa 20 Minuten. Und mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 Minuten. Sie können auch unsere Fahrräder benutzen, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn Sie nach Erkner bhf fahren, von wo aus Sie mit RE und S-Bahn nach Berlin fahren können. Der RE1 braucht ca. 20-25 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz und die S-Bahn braucht ca. 40 Minuten. Beide haben eine sehr gute Frequenz.

There is a bus stop right in front of the building. The bus 418 takes you to Erkner bhf (which is about 1.5 km from the house) in 5 mins. By foot, it takes about 20 mins. And by bicycle about 5 mins. You can also use our bicycles, which is quite practical while going to Erkner bhf, from where you have RE and S-Bahn to Berlin. RE1 takes about 20-25 min to reach Alexanderplatz and S-Bahn takes about 40 mins. They both have a very good frequency.

- The Lage ist perfekt für die Tesla mitarbeiter. Da gibt es direkt Schuttle Bus von Erkner bhf bis Tesla fabrik jede Halbe Stunde
Bei Bedarf können wir auch über einen Untermietenvertrag für diesen Zeitraum nachdenken.

- The location is perfect for people working in Tesla Gigafactory. Tesla Train Shuttles run every 20 min from Erkner Station to the Factory.
