Looking for accommodation from 1st September/ October 2024

Hello, I'm Faizan Dhavalikar 24 years (male). I come from India and currently enrolled myself in Masters Course at FAU. I'm actively looking for an accommodation as the present contract is going to end soon. As I have an experience of living in a student hostel I respect the rules of the rental property. Besides this, on a personal note I neither drink nor smoke and keeping room and surrounding area clean is always a priority for me. During the leisure time, I prefer to go for an outing, cycling or visiting friends. I don't mind regarding the nearby location if it's at a walking distance. Also, I'm adjustable with regards to the nearby surrounding area and locations. Thank You!!
