Auf dem schönen Balkon lässt es sich gut verweilen, frühstücken, ein Buch lesen,..
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen Küchenutensilien und sonstigen Gegebenheiten, um sich pudelwohl zu fühlen. Einfach den Koffer auspacken und fertig. 🙂
Einzige Bitte: Ich würde mich freuen wenn Du in meiner Abwesenheit auf meine Pflanzen aufpasst. 🍀

As I will be away spontaneously for the next few weeks, I am offering my cozy apartment for interim rent - it is about 50 square meters in size, with an open entrance area to the south side, the bedroom is located in the backyard. The beautiful balcony is a great place to linger, have breakfast, read a book, etc.
The apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils and other facilities to make you feel right at home. Just unpack your suitcase and you're ready to go. 🙂
And: I would be very happy if you take care of my plants in my absence. 🍀

Die Lage ist 1A! Das Nordend ist super schön, alle Gegebenheiten von Supermarkt, Bäcker, Postfiliale, viele Restaurants und Cafés, etc. sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Der Günthersburgpark oder Hauptfriedhof zum Spazierengehen und Entspannen sind ebenfalls einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die nächste Haltestelle ist grad über die Straße. Du brauchst zur Konstablerwache 5min, Hauptbahnhof 15min, Sachsenhausen 10min,.. die Anbindung in alle Richtungen ist prima. Und auch die beliebte Bergerstraße ist nicht weit. Auf jeden Fall eine lebendige Ecke zum Wohlfühlen. :)

The location is perfect! The Nordend is super nice, all amenities from supermarket, bakery, post office, many restaurants and cafés, etc. can be reached in a few minutes. The Günthersburgpark or the main cemetery (might sound weird, but it's quiet and very beautiful) for walking and relaxing are also within easy walking distance. The nearest bus stop is just across the street. You need 5 minutes to Konstablerwache, 15 minutes to the main station, 10 minutes to Sachsenhausen,... the connections in all directions are excellent. And the popular Bergerstraße is not far away either. Definitely a lively corner to feel at home. :)
