I travel and would like to rent my bright and special 2-room apartment while at 1-2 very trustworthy persons. My apartment is my home and a very beautiful, cozy and personal place. My stuff remains in the apartment during my absence and should
please be treated very respectfully. However, the apartment is fully equipped with all necessary and unnecessary things. The apartment has almost no doors as a duplex, so it is a very open and bright residential concept.

Plant lovers welcome!
The pouring of the room plants 1x per week and depending on the weather also the plants on the terrace should become part of the agreement.
The apartment has a bed 140 x 200 cm and a guest mattress 140 x 200 cm.

Ich verreise und möchte meine helle und besondere 2-Raum-Wohnung währenddessen gerne an 1-2 sehr vertrauenswürdige Personen untervermieten. Meine Wohnung ist meine Heimat und ein sehr schöner, gemütlicher und persönlicher Ort. Mein Kram bleibt während meiner Abwesenheit in der Wohnung und soll
bitte unbedingt sehr respektvoll behandelt werden. Heißt aber auch, die Wohnung ist komplett mit allen notwendigen und unnötigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt als Maisonette über fast keine Türen, es handelt sich also um ein sehr offenes und helles Wohnkonzept.

Das gießen der Zimmerpflanzen 1x pro Woche und je nach Witterung auch die Pflanzen auf der Terrasse soll Teil der Vereinbarung werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bett 140 x 200 cm und eine Gästematratze 140 x 200 cm.
