In my price-effective, completely unbeatable beautiful apartment with a great location can be moved to the person who in return gives my friend and me a pächchen apartment in Freiburg. We wish for a 2-room apartment, would pay up to 1200 €warm and would not exclude a quarter, main thing you can still drive by bike to the city. Of course, we would like to move together to my apartment, but the landlady does not want to have a couple move in, even if there is enough room. Our decision is therefore that we are willing to pay more and to live less centrally in order to be able to do so officially.

Information about the apartment I offer for exchange:

The apartment has about 40m2 and costs a total of 580 €per month. You have a living room, a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and live on the second floor of an old building with high ceilings.

You could move in flexibly between July and October, from when our exchange would be free.

If you want to move in, you would have to buy all my furniture for a price of 1800 €. I bought the furniture 9 months ago for 2000 €from the previous tenant.

In the 150m radius of the apartment are the Trisam, the beginning of hiking trails on the Schlossberg / Rosskopf and the Café Atlantik. You are fast in the city center of Bib and Mensa and have a Döner shop 50m next to you.

The "apartment" is strictly not a real apartment, but simply the second floor of the old building with all its rooms. That means you don't have a separate door, it's just all three rooms that exist on the second floor. That sounds funny, it feels like you're here once, but not at all, because the stairwell of light wood looks very comfortable and is only used by two single tenants who still live above you (a medical student and a craftsman). So, like in a normal apartment, you can leave your doors open and change from living room to bedroom and kitchen in a bathrobe.

You will have a living room of 18m2, in this is a large sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed of 2 × 1.40m), a table of wood with 4 chairs, a 2m long desk, a small side table, a closet, a seat bag, a comfortable carpet. The living room is beautiful bright through the large windows and very cozy.

In addition, you will take over my bedroom, which is 10m2 and contains my 2 × 1.40m bed, a large wardrobe and a small dessert. Here too you have nice large windows right behind your bed.

Your third room is the kitchen, from which the bathroom also goes. The kitchen is very narrow, but you still have a lot of storage space, a small table with two chairs, a washing machine, an oven (but it is quite old) and four hob plates. The shower is amusing in the kitchen, the bathroom consists of a sink, toilet and a small bathroom cabinet. Here too you have many windows.

günstige Wohnung in toller Lage gegen Pärchenwohnung

Interessant für frisch getrennte Paare oder Personen, die wenig Miete zahlen möchten und in der Innenstadt wohnen über dem offiziell zusammen Leben priorisieren.

In meine Preis-Leistungs- mäßig völlig unschlagbare schöne Wohnung mit genialer Lage kann gerne diejenige Person ziehen, die meinem Freund und mir im Gegenzug eine Pärchenwohnung in Freiburg vermittelt. Wir wünschen uns eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, würden bis 1200€ warm zahlen und würden kein Viertel ausschließen, hauptsache man kann noch mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt fahren. Am liebsten würden wir natürlich gemeinsam in meine Wohnung ziehen, die Vermieterin möchte aber offiziell kein Pärchen einziehen lassen, auch wenn Platz genug da wäre. Unsere Entscheidung ist daher, dass wir bereit sind mehr zu zahlen und weniger zentral zu wohnen, um dies dafür ganz offiziell machen zu können.

Infos zur Wohnung, die ich zum Tausch anbiete:

Die Wohnung hat etwa 40m2 und kostet monatlich insgesamt 580€. Du hast ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad und wohnst im zweiten Stock eines Altbauhauses mit hohen Decken.

Einziehen könntest du flexibel zwischen Juli und Oktober, jenachdem, ab wann unsere Tauschwohnung frei wäre.

Wenn du einziehen möchtest, müsstest du alle meine Möbel abkaufen für einen Preis von 1800€. Ich habe die Möbel vor 9 Monaten für 2000€ von der Vormieterin abgekauft.

Im 150m Umkreis der Wohnung liegen die Dreisam, der Beginn von Wanderwegen auf den Schlossberg/Roßkopf und das Café Atlantik. Du bist schnell in der Innenstadt an Bib und Mensa und hast einen Dönerladen 50m neben dir.

Die "Wohnung" ist streng genommen keine richtige Wohnung, sondern einfach der zweite Stock des Altbauhauses mit all seinen Zimmern. Das bedeutet, du hast keine separate Wohnungstür, es gehören einfach alle 3 Zimmer, die im zweiten Stock existieren zu dir. Das hört sich komisch an, fühlt es sich, wenn du einmal hier bist, aber gar nicht, da das Treppenhaus aus hellem Holz sehr wohnlich wirkt und nur von zwei einzelnen Mietern, die noch über dir wohnen (eine Medizin-Studentin und ein Handwerker), genutzt wird. Insofern kannst du wie in einer normalen Wohnung deine Türen mal offen lassen und im Bademantel ganz entspannt vom Wohnzimmer ins Schlafzimmer und in die Küche wechseln.

Du wirst ein Wohnzimmer von 18m2 haben, in diesem befindet sich ein großes Sofa (kann auch als Schlafsofa von 2×1,40m genutzt werden), ein Esstisch aus Holz mit 4 Stühlen, ein 2m langer Schreibtisch, ein kleiner Beistelltisch, ein Wandschrank, ein Sitzsack, ein gemütlicher Teppich. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön hell durch die großen Fenster und sehr gemütlich.

Zudem übernimmst du mein Schlafzimmer, dieses ist 10m2 groß und enthält mein 2×1,40m Bett, einen großen Kleiderschrank und einen kleinen Nachtisch. Auch hier hast du schön große Fenster direkt hinter deinem Bett.

Dein dritter Raum ist die Küche, von der zudem noch das Bad abgeht. Die Küche ist sehr schmal, du hast aber trotzdem viel Ablagefläche, einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, eine Waschmaschine, einen Ofen (der ist allerdings schon ganz schön alt) und vier Herdplatten. Die Dusche befindet sich lustigerweise in der Küche, das Bad bestehend aus Waschbecken, Toilette und kleinem Badschrank geht von der Küche ab. Auch hier hast du viele Fenster.

Kurzgefasst nochmal die Wohnung, die ich im Tausch dafür gerne hätte:
