Peace education / social worker looking for 2 bedroom apartment Friedenspädagoge/ Sozial Arbeiter sucht 2-Zimmer-Wohnung

Hello!
I'm Lukas, I'm 26, living in Freiburg for 2.5 years and looking for an apartment.
After a Bachelor in Social Work and a Master of Peace Education, I have relied on my craft skills in the last two years and work as a two-wheeled mechanic in workshop and shop selling in Freiburg, which gives me a lot of pleasure in addition to an indefinite job and a secured income.
After 3 years of WG living in Freiburg and 3 years of WG as the main tenant in Munich, I now look for an apartment for myself alone.
I am a very neat and calm person and have high standards of cleanliness in my habitat and am handcrafted.
I also respect respect respectful and value-awareness in the community.

Hard facts:
* 1-2 room apartment in the city area Freiburg
* to 750€ warm
* Balcony is great, but no need
* Cellar compartment would be great (manually some bikes)

Ich bin Lukas, bin 26, lebe seit 2,5 Jahren in Freiburg und suche eine Wohnung.
Nach einem Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit und einem Master „Friedenspädagogik“, habe ich mich in den letzten 2 Jahren auf meine handwerklichen Fähigkeiten besonnen und arbeite als Zweiradmechaniker in Werkstatt und Ladenverkauf in Freiburg, was mir neben einer unbefristeten Stelle und einem gesicherten Einkommen, eine Menge Freude beschert.
Nach 3 Jahren WG-Leben in Freiburg und 3 Jahren WG als Hauptmieter in München, suche ich nun nach einer Wohnung für mich allein.
Ich bin ein sehr ordentlicher und ruhiger Mensch und habe hohe Ansprüche an Sauberkeit in meinem Lebensraum und bin handwerklich geschickt.
Außerdem achte ich auf einen respektvollen und wertschätzenden Umgang in der Hausgemeinschaft.

* 1-2 Zimmerwohnung im Stadtgebiet Freiburg
* bis 750€ warm
* Balkon ist super, aber kein Muss
* Kellerabteil wäre super (berufsbedingt einige Fahrräder)
