My name is Chris, I am 35 years old and would like to return to the beautiful Fribourg after five years in Karlsruhe - my old home, in which I have lived, studied and worked seven years before. I am looking for a small apartment within 15 km of the city centre (train station). A good connection to the train / bus would be desirable, as I do not (yet) have a car, but drive a lot and like bike!

I studied social work as well as forestry and environment in Freiburg and made my master's in biodiversity and environmental education in Karlsruhe, where I also worked. As a biologist / ecologist in Freiburg and the surrounding area, I am now looking for a new job in the ecological or green field of work.

In addition to my professional interest in nature, I like to photograph (Astro-) landscapes, often go with the gravelbike (bike-packing), do hiking tours, dance salsa and go to the cinema. I have a green thumb, bring an E-piano and 2 bikes.

I am a decent, immutable person, who places emphasis on cleanliness, respect and harmonious cooperation. It is important to me to communicate at an eye level and to appreciate each other in the house community - as well as to deal responsibly with the property. In a WG I would like to find cooking evenings, gardening, walks or relaxed conversations, if that results...

I have a perfect credit quality, a current information about the school, savings and income. I am a vegetarian, I am a non-smoking (always!), I have no pets and I know how to air rooms properly. I'm flexible about an entry date. On-site visits I prefer online visits and come to Freiburg.

I'm looking for:
a WG room in a loving and harmonious WG up to 550 €warm
or
an apartment up to 750 €warm.

Ich heiße Chris, bin 35 Jahre alt und möchte nach fünf Jahren in Karlsruhe zurück ins schöne Freiburg – meine alte Heimat, in der ich zuvor sieben Jahre gelebt, studiert und gearbeitet habe. Ich suche eine kleine Wohnung im Umkreis von max. 15 Kilometern Entfernung zur Innenstadt (Bahnhof). Eine gute Anbindung an Bahn/Bus wäre wünschenswert, da ich (noch) kein Auto besitze, fahre jedoch viel und gerne Rad!

Ich habe Soziale Arbeit sowie Waldwirtschaft und Umwelt in Freiburg studiert und meinen Master in Biodiversität und Umweltbildung in Karlsruhe gemacht, wo ich auch beruflich tätig war. Nun suche ich als Biologe/Ökologe in Freiburg und Umgebung eine neue Stelle im ökologischen bzw. grünen Arbeitsbereich.

Neben meinem beruflichen Interesse an der Natur fotografiere ich gerne (Astro-)Landschaften, bin oft mit dem Gravelbike (Bikepacking) unterwegs, mache Wandertouren, tanze Salsa und gehe gerne ins Kino. Ich habe einen grünen Daumen, bringe ein E-Piano (Kopfhöhrernutzung) und 2 Fahrräder mit.

Ich bin ein ordentlicher, umgänglicher Mensch, der Wert auf Sauberkeit, Respekt und ein harmonisches Miteinander legt. Mir ist eine Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe sowie gegenseitige Wertschätzung in der hausgemeinschaft wichtig – ebenso ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit den Wohnungsgegenständen. In einer WG fände ich Kochabende, Gartenarbeit, Spaziergänge oder entspannte Gespräche super, wenn sich das ergibt...

Ich habe eine einwandfreie Bonität, eine aktuelle Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, Ersparnisse und Einkommensnachweise. Ich bin Vegetarier, bin Nichtraucher (schon immer!), habe keine Haustiere und weiß wie Räume anständig zu lüften sind. Hinsichtlich eines Einzugstermins bin ich flexibel. Besichtigungen vor Ort ziehe ich Online-Besichtigungen vor und kommen nach Freiburg gefahren.

Ich suche:
ein WG-Zimmer in einer liebevollen und harmonischen WG bis 550€ warm
oder
eine Wohnung bis 750€ warm.
