We, Selina (22) and Simon (25), are looking for a long-term, cozy apartment in Freiburg. Simon begins his PhD in mathematics at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in April and will commute from Freiburg for the next years. Selina has been studying cognitive linguistics at the University of Freiburg since this winter semester.

We are quiet, neat and reliable tenants (with several years of experience) and place great value on a harmonious atmosphere. A respectful approach to neighbors and the apartment is of course for us.

In our free time we are happy to be active. We love climbing, skiing, hiking and racing, but we also enjoy relaxing hours at home – especially when cooking or playing.

What we are looking for:
- 1.5 - 3 rooms apartment in Freiburg
- Preferred in bicycle range from center
- From about 40 m2
- Warm rental up to approx. 1,300 €

Our financial situation:
✔ Simon's income is secured from April by an employment according to TV-L 13 (4.630 € gross).
✔ Selina participates in the rent, for her share a guarantee can be submitted by parents.

Wir, Selina (22) und Simon (25), sind auf der Suche nach einer langfristigen, gemütlichen Wohnung in Freiburg. Simon beginnt im April seine Promotion in Mathematik am Karlsruher Institut für Technologie und wird für die nächsten Jahre von Freiburg aus pendeln. Selina studiert seit diesem Wintersemester Kognitive Linguistik im Master an der Universität Freiburg.

Wir sind ruhige, ordentliche und zuverlässige Mieter (mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung) und legen großen Wert auf eine harmonische Wohnatmosphäre. Ein respektvoller Umgang mit Nachbarn und der Wohnung ist für uns selbstverständlich.

In unserer Freizeit sind wir gerne aktiv. Wir lieben Klettern, Skifahren, Wandern und Rennradfahren, genießen aber auch entspannte Stunden daheim – am liebsten beim Kochen oder bei einem Spieleabend.

- 1,5 - 3 Zimmer Wohnung in Freiburg
- Bevorzugt in Fahrradreichweite vom Zentrum
- Ab ca. 40 m²
- Warmmiete bis ca. 1.300 €

Unsere finanzielle Situation:
✔ Simons Einkommen ist ab April durch eine Anstellung nach TV-L 13 (4.630 € brutto) gesichert.
✔ Selina beteiligt sich an der Miete, für ihren Anteil kann eine Bürgschaft der Eltern vorgelegt werden.
