A maisonet apartment (over two floors) with 4 rooms on the first floor and attic of a newly renovated house in Freiburg Waldsee with its own garden share is to be rented from March on, with the possibility to extend the rental relationship indefinitely.
The apartment is located in a residential house with a connected studio and a garden with large trees not far from the PH or the old SC- stadium and the beach bath as well as Mölseparkstadion and Waldsee.
Since the house has a demanding (art) past, some rooms are striking with wall cabinets - or special fittings (in the bathroom) - two rooms are small and are more suitable than office / work cabin or guest rooms.
A basic kitchen equipment is still in place. The second house entrance is also - due to renovation - already available, but still in "making."
In the garden there is a garage, bike stand and about 50m from the house parking.
Part of the garden can be used (by agreement).

So far, the house has been used mainly by me, the landlady, 59, with international students and actors, so the old offer of the use of library, ice or music rooms - and - by agreement or other use agreements - also of the studio (about 90m2).
In addition, there are two cats, mice, foxes, hornets, wasps, wild bees - and a very evil philosophical project that drives her (Un) being on the Groundpiece.

Eine Maisonette-Wohnung (über zwei Etagen) mit 4 Zimmern im ersten Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss eines frisch sanierten Hauses in Freiburg Waldsee mit eigenem Gartenanteil ist ab März befristet zu vermieten, mit der Möglichkeit, das Mietverhältnis unbefristet zu verlängern.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Siedlerhaus mit angeschlossenem Studio und einem Garten mit großen Bäumen unweit der PH oder des alten SC-Stadions und des Strandbads sowie Mölseparkstadion und Waldsee.
Da das Haus eine anspruchsvolle (Kunst)-Vergangenheit hat, sind manche Räumen auffallend mit Wandschränken - oder besonderen Armaturen ( im Badezimmer) - zwei Räume sind klein und eignen sich eher als Büro/ Arbeitskabientt oder Gästezimmer.
Eine Küchengrundausstattung wird noch eingerichtet. Auch der zweite Hauseingang ist - sanierungsbedingt - schon vorhanden, aber noch in "Mache".
Im Garten gibt es eine Garage, Fahrradständer und ca 50m vom Haus entfernt Parkplätze.
Ein Teil des Gartens kann mitbenutzt werden ( nach Absprache).

Bisher wurde das Haus vornehmlich von mir, der Vermieterin, 59, mit internationalen Studenten und Schauspielern genutzt, deshalb besteht das alte Angebot der Mitnutzung von Bibliothek, Eis-oder Musikzimmer - und - nach Absprache oder anderer Nutzungsvereinbarungen - auch des Studios (ca 90m2) weiter.
Ausserdem gibt es zwei Katzen, Mäuse, Füchse, Hornissen, Wespen, Wildbienen - und ein sehr bösartiges Philosophieprojekt, die auf dem Grudnstück ihr (Un)Wesen treiben.
