Eine WG mit einer sehr netten Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eines ist bereits belegt und das andere ist das auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist bereits eingebaut und das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert und verfügt über ein Bett (inklusive Matratze, wenn Sie den Vermieter fragen) und einen Schreibtisch, das Zimmer ist im Allgemeinen sehr geräumig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ebenso die Mitbewohnerin.
Der Grund für das Verlassen der Wohnung ist, dass ich in eine andere Stadt ziehen muss. Die Zimmerverfügbarkeit ist flexibel und der Einzugstermin auch. Die Mietkosten betragen 310 plus Strom.


A shared apartment with a very nice flatmate. the apartment has two rooms, one is already occupied with a tenant and the other is the one in the pictures. kitchen is already fitted and the room is already furnished and includes a bed (including the mattress if you ask the landlord) and a desk , the room in general is very spacious. The landlord is very nice and helpful, and so is the flatmate.
The reason for leaving the apartment is that I have to move to another city. The room availability is flexible and so is the move in date. Rent cost is 310 plus electricity.
