Only Students - Appartament in the north side of Garching

The apartment located on the ground floor of the building has 38m2. It has one entrance, the kitchen and living room are together (Foto 1), while the bedroom is separate with a sliding door (Foto 2).

The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and bathtub with shower (Foto will be added soon).

The apartment will be rented with all the furniture (closet, desk, kitchen cabinet, bed marquise with a smaller mattress, dining and garden table).

An agreement can be made for the kitchen and other accessories (TV, screen, lamp, etc.).

Most of the apartment has carpeted floor.

The monthly rent and the guarantee are paid in advance. Available between 01.03.2025 and 30.04.2025. From 25.02.2025 to 30.04.2025 would be also possible. The rental costs already include basic expenses such as water, electricity, internet, and heating.

There is a laundry room in the basement with washing machines available for 1.5 euros per load (which takes about an hour), but there is no drying room.

Bicycles can be left in the subterranean parking lot or on the side of the building.
